Thank you for your interest in Tree of Life Playschool! 

​For a one on on Meet and Greet to start the process of working toward your child starting at Tree of Life Nature Playschool please read the following:

Our intake process for Fall Sept 2024 is closed.  We also are no longer taking Initial Intake forms for the Sept 2025 to June 2026 school year, but if interested in the Sept 2026 to June 2027 school year please read the following:

1 -Read  Parent Handbook below

2 - For Sept 2026 only - Fill out the Initial Intake Registration Form below and send this to [email protected].   

3 - Upon receiving the intake form we will contact you to set up a one on one Meet and Greet with Kate Lawes, Director of Tree of Life Playschool where you can learn more about the program and we can learn more about your and your child's needs.  Next Meet and Greets will take place in January 2025.

4 - This intake process does not guarantee you a space at Tree of Life Playschool but it helps us begin working toward the possibility.  Entry into Playschool depends on spaces available and your child's age.  
​Thank you for your interest in Tree of Life Nature Playschool. I, Kate Lawes, owner/operator, am a graduate from the West Coast Institute in Early Childhood Waldorf Education. I also have my BC Early Childhood Education Certificate from Pacific Rim Early Childhood Institute and my Forest Nature School Practitioners Certificate from Child and Nature Alliance of Canada. Tree of Life Playschool is a licensed childcare facility.  I also have a background in Social Services, Theatre, Wood Work and love singing, dancing and backpacking!
